# What is a campaign?

A Wamoca campaign is a **marketing strategy designed to communicate directly with customers and prospects through WhatsApp**, taking advantage of its high open and interaction rates. These campaigns can include a variety of content and approaches to **achieve different marketing objectives, such as generating sales, increasing customer loyalty or promoting events**. Examples of WhatsApp Marketing campaigns:
