Support

On this page you will be able to create support tickets for a technical member of our team to help you with any problem. They will be answered within 24 hours.

The following columns will appear in the list:

  • Ref: unique ticket

  • ID Subject: ticket subject

  • Priority: ticket priority to be set by our technical team (low, medium, high or critical)

  • Status: current status of the ticket (open or closed)
