Ticket configuration allows users to set up and activate ticket workflows within the chat section. This integration streamlines the process of managing customer service tickets directly from chat interactions, increasing efficiency and improving the overall customer service experience.

By activating this option you can manually or automatically assign chats to different users of the team. We recommend activating it if there are two or more users in your team.

Activate ticket management
