For our customers to recognize who is contacting them through WhatsApp, it is very important that your business data appears in the WhatsApp profile. To do this we must follow the following steps:

  1. We must go to the “Settings” section of our business portfolio.

  2. Once here, select “WhatsApp Accounts” from the left side menu. Next, click on the “WhatsApp Administrator” button.

  1. This will redirect us to the “Phone Numbers” screen that we have associated with our account. We will click on the configuration icon of the phone number we want to edit the information.

  1. Fill in all the necessary information to complete our WhatsApp Business profile (profile picture, category, description, address, links, etc).
