What is a conversation?
A conversation in WhatsApp Business is defined as a continuous 24-hour message thread between a company and its customer. This 24-hour window opens with the delivery of a message (in our case, when creating a campaign and sending a template) and is counted in our platform as 1 conversation when the message has been delivered to the customer. In WhatsApp Business there are different conversation categories: Marketing, Utility, Authentication and Service.
